The Guesthouse is in front of JR Tamamizu Station (rapid train station);
29 min from JR Kyoto Station, 15 min from JR Uji, 15 min from JR Nara.

You can enjoy traditional Japanese styled living within our fragrant cypress home.
Our home is more than 85 years old and provides a comfortable place to stay, including within our Tatami mat room.

You can enjoy our home as if your second home while on your vacation.
It is a really well designed, elegant, and traditional with a lovely view of the garden.
Highly recommend for the guest who likes a peaceful place.

This private room is built in a traditional Japanese style. The ceiling is high and is made with various types of wood, such as cypress, cedar, pine, and diospyros, allowing you the ability to enjoy this long-lived wooden Japanese building built in the traditional manner.
This ROOM#1 has a great"Tokonoma". A Tokonoma is an elevated alcove in a traditional Japanese
room. From this alcove, you can see our Japanese garden across the corridor from the room.
We recommend bringing earplugs because it is partitioned by a Fusuma (a paper sliding door), from the neighboring room.
