Home includes lakefront views, private dock, cable, free wifi, small beach for you to lay out and relax, gas grill, indoor putting green, basketball hoop, pool volleyball, Carolina room and a deck to enjoy all the views of sunrise and sunset. Home is located less than 2 miles away from the Village of Pinehurst and the Pinehurst Resort! You and your group with have the best of both worlds.

We are so excited to host you and your group! Pinehurst is a unique residential, resort community where full-time residents and vacation guests live together. While we are thrilled you are vacationing with us, the surrounding neighbors may be full time residents and are entitled to enjoy the peace and quiet of their own home. Below highlight’s some important policies all guests must follow. Sandhills Rentals take pride in making sure everyone has a “Perfect day in Pinehurst”.
Note that this is a short-term vacation rental home. The vacation home is limited to residential; vacation use only.

• House Parties, Amplified Music and Excessive Noise are not permitted at any of our properties at any time.

• Total occupancy in properties may not exceed the maximum number of occupants allowed as shown under property details and guest confirmation.

• *Overcrowding or misrepresentation is grounds for immediate eviction without refund*

• Only the number of persons specified on the confirmation will be permitted to use accommodations.

• No more than double persons beyond the occupancy limit allowed at the premises daily without the expressed written authorization from Sandhills Rentals.

• Guest and all members of Guest’s party must be sufficiently quiet as to not disturb other guests or property owners. The noise ordinance (10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) is strictly enforced by the Village of Pinehurst police.

• Tents, trailers, and recreation vehicles (RV’s) are not allowed permitted on the property or in streets. All trailers or RV’s must be parked in a public parking lot, outside of the Village of Pinehurst.

• Parking of Guest Cars are only permitted in designated parking spaces. Maximum number of parking spaces is under individual property details. No Parking on the lawn at any time.

• Vacation homes designated trash day is listed on check in information. Please be sure to put trash out night prior, no earlier than 7pm. All trash must be returned to original spot no later than 5pm, on trash day.
Guest understands that violations of any policies listed above can result in additional charges, loss of deposit and possible immediate eviction. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact management.

Pas 6 vitesh si profesionist i PGA, fillova një kompani marketingu golfi që menaxhonte evente golfi për korporata dhe grupe individuale. Kam marrë licencën e agjentëve të pasurive të patundshme në vitin 2005 dhe me gruan time Cathy kemi filluar firmën tonë. Menjëherë pas përplasjes në vitin 2008, fillova Sandhills Rentals, LLC, e cila tani është një nga kompanitë më të mëdha të menaxhimit të pronave në Qarkun Moore.
