This is a room in a two bedroom loft. Closest subways, L to Bedford, J, M, Z to Marcy. Half a block away from Domino Park. Close de the South Williamsburg East Ferry that takes you directly to downtown Manhattan and Dumbo. There is a Citi bike dock in the same block of the building. Great neighborhood full of great restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, yoga and Pilates studios and a lovely park with great city views half away.

• Located in the South Side of Williamsburg (South 4th between Kent and Whyte) a block away from the river
• Unit is in the first floor
• There is AC in the loft
• Spacious room
• Full bed, fits two people comfortably
• Includes linens and towels
• Private laundry inside the building
• Free wifi
•. Citibike stop in front of the apt so can rent a bike in minutes
• Share the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with my roomate, who is a working fashion designer who is uber quiet, respectful, never around and vaccinated.
You will share the apt with me and my very clean and friendly Persian cat Funes

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD:

• Williamsburg is a hot spot with plenty of hip restaurants and bars. As well as organic food stores, coffe places, fun stores, farmer’s markets, parks and cool stores.

TRANSPORTATION:
• Loft is 5 minutes away from subway, East River Ferry (to Manhattan and DUMBO) and East River Park
• Union Square is just 8 minutes away, on the L (Bedford stop). The J, M Z (Marcy stop) will take you the Lower East Side.
• If you bike, you can take the Williamsburg bridge and be in the Lower East Side in less than 10 min.
