You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, playgrounds, grocery stores & water activities. Upon request we have 2 paddle boards and a bike for guests. We are close to Windsor Lake for water sports, live outdoor music and trails.
It’s your 2 bedroom 1 bathroom downstairs/ basement rental. You enter via front door/ our home then walk downstairs and that is all your space approx 1300 sq Ft. We love hosting!

Ambienti
We do have a fenced backyard, patio table, chairs and a trampoline in a shared space. You do access the outside via upstair. We enjoy sharing our space and hosting. We also have a limited kitchen selection in the lower level so you are welcome to use the upstairs kitchen, too. As time goes on will upgrade.

Quite and friendly neighborhood. You see others out walking their dog(s), running and biking. Various coffee shops within walking distance, local restaurants and 2 big chain grocery stores and a Walgreens. You also have various parks kids love to play at with vast green spaces and covered picnic areas. Windsor Lake is approx a 20min walk has swim beach, dog park, paved path around the lake with beautiful mountain views, live music during spring/ summer on Thursday evenings. Estes Park is about an hour drive and 30-40mins for foothills/ mountainous hiking or biking. Our neighborhood is well loved, you see dog walkers, runners, bikers, kids of all ages and lots of bunnies:). We have a couple near by dog parks with close water access for you & the dog.
