My Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. I live alone in the home & there is no privet entrance. However, you will have privet room, full use of the house, kitchen, laundry room two dining areas, large living room, TV with Netflix, Hulu with Guest logins. Good 5G Wi-Fi. Nice back yard with Grill, Fire Pit & covered patio facing east, so evenings are fantastic. Surrounded by Trees and Mountains. Smoking & 420 friendly outside only. A pet Dog is welcome. Please read the rules.

The room has a queen Bed, small chest of drawers, scented candles and closet with storage and hanging space. I have hangers if you need them. Room also has a workstation, bed light next to bed and a desk light on the other side with two USB ports accompanied by a swivel soft chair. Work or watch TV! Fresh paint and all NEW electrical sockets. Power strip under desk and modicum of office supplies. Also, there is a Box Fan in the closet for nights when I open up the house. PLEASE no smoking in bedrooms. Minimize food use unless you clean up. Ants. Two dining areas as well as outside. Thank you!

My name is Terry but everyone up here calls me Smalls, I have Lived in this home in Grants Pass alone since November 2014. Place is in good shape and your welcome to come stay with me. I welcome that guests come in all ethnicities, gender orientations, shapes, sizes, ages, and social norms, how boring would it be if we were all the same? I live here so I use the place and so can you, TV, kitchen, laundry and patio for sure. I Have my own Master Bedroom with an addition of a small sitting room with TV (ventilation and two large sliding doors). Got a dog? Bring em. All smoking is done outside please. My home is 420 friendly but outside only, like I do! I want to respect my guests that do not. NOT in common areas or in the bedrooms please. I'm a 67-year-old Flight Deck Sailor from the Hippie generation with Nixion as my Commander in Chief, you can laugh now! Retired from a career in the Real Estate Industry in SoCal and a BS in Kinesiology. I swim, ride my bike, read, Ice Skate and surf. I'm a very active man who lives alone. I'm gone often, but home a lot. Please remember I do live in the house. I have a master bedroom with a private room. So, I stay out of the way and give you space, unless needed or I can socialize. I'm a friendly guy. I do use the Patio Deck and watch TV in the living room. If you want or need something, please ask. Please note I'm a Medical Cannabis user. If this is a concern for you, my place may not be for you.
