House is located in a charming area of historic downtown St.john’s. a minute walking distance to historic sites, Signal Hill, downtown shopping, grocery store. Coffee shops and restaurants. Everything is at your fingertips.

Famous Breakfast, lunch and dinner places like "The ice cream parlour", hungry heart café, coffee matters and banner brewing... all within 2 minutes walking distance.

Hi there, Thanks for stopping by! My name is Mathias, I was born and raised in Denmark. I moved to Newfoundland with my wife Jade who is from China in 2014 and it’s now my home.

I’ve been living and raising my family here in St. John’s NL, a city I now call home. A lot of people don’t know about Newfoundland. It’s true the winter here could get rough sometime. I enjoy living here a lot. We have very friendly and hospitable people, a strong loving community, fresh air and quick access to the sea area. Exploring the local food and culture has always been the greatest joy of my travel life.

We are passionate travellers who believe that experiencing a destination like a local means having an authentic home to relax and recharge in. This authenticity is the only way you can travel to a place and feel like you live there. We try to provide this in all the properties we manage.
