Down the hallway, you'll find two inviting bedrooms. The primary suite includes a private ensuite bathroom with a premium walk-in shower and illuminated mirrors. The second bedroom is conveniently located next to the hall bathroom, which features a bathtub. Both bedrooms are comfortably appointed with queen-size beds and quality linens for a restful night's sleep.

Additional amenities include central heating and air conditioning, a full-size washer and dryer, and an attached tandem two-car garage.

Please note: While the living area is on a single level, stairs are required to access. This home is part of a residential building with neighboring homes above and beside the unit, so some everyday community noise is possible. The property is also conveniently located near San Diego International Airport, and aircraft noise can be heard.
