You'll be surprised by how spacious our lovely home in Erieau is. With an open concept, windows across the front, and a large sunroom at the back, warm natural light creates a calming presence throughout. A roomy kitchen, with all the amenities and plenty of counter space. And the sunroom opens onto a peaceful patio with BBQ, lounge seating and fire table. A mere minutes' walk from beautiful walking trails along the bay, the public beach, and Erieau highlights. Two smart TVs for quiet nights in.

A beautiful, cozy, but spacious home. At the front of the house is a sitting area with smart TV, and a corner office nook with an L-shaped desk surrounded by windows. Further in you'll find a high-quality, expandable, wooden dining table, with chairs and expandable benches, bedroom and laundry room with storage.

The kitchen comes next, complete with electric stove and hob, fridge, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and all the basic necessities. Adjacent is the full bathroom, including a vanity, linen closet with plenty of towels included, and a wonderfully hot shower with adjustable shower head.

Beyond this the sunroom, with pull-out couch, another smart TV and DVD player, large closet, and three walls of windows with beautiful light throughout the day.

Out back, a deck overlooking the small yard, with BBQ, fire table, and outdoor lounge sofa.

The house is well cooled by a window air conditioner.
