Two floors house with spacious garden with palm, fruit trees and flowers. The first floor has a lot of natural light, the living room and kitchen, which you are very welcome to use, face the garden. Your room is on this floor, and you will be sharing the bathroom with one person, as we do have another bathroom upstairs. We have a spare room on the second floor we share as an office space, with space for you too.

We are based in Jucanya neighborhood. Very close to the bridge, the house entrance is on a small pedestrian road, so no cars, buses or tuk tuk noise. Few foreigners live here, so you'll have a real Guatemalan experience! There are three small shops really close, and two tortillerias. The beach down at the Lake is a 10 minutes walking distance. In 15 minutes you can walk to town and to the market, in 30 minutes you can get to the Mirador, just before Santa Catarina, to catch a beautiful sunset over the Lake!
