This Marina Cay Estates Condo is the perfect spot for your home base for adventures in beautiful Flathead Lake area! This first floor condo is bright, convenient location and perfect for 6 people that will spend their time out exploring and enjoying the restaurants and activities this local area have to offer. Enjoy the fully-stocked kitchen, perfect for a quick breakfast or family dinner! Grab your swimsuit and hop into the seasonal communal pool! Downtown Bigfork is only a short walk away, where you can find local shopping, great meals and spend the day exploring Bigfork!

Marina Cay Resort offers you the opportunity to stay at a world-class all-season vacation destination. Featuring dramatic views of Flathead Lake, this waterfront paradise is set among the finest of western Montana's spectacular surroundings. A marina and waterfront Tiki bar top it all off!

Marina Cay Resort has much to offer beyond the natural beauty and adventure of northwest Montana. There's a variety of food and beverage choices, seasonal outdoor pools for the Marina Cay Estates and hot tubs for all Marina Cay units. The full-service marina offers watercraft rentals and gasoline services.

A short walk from the resort is the village of Bigfork, celebrating every season with such special events as the Whitewater Festival, Bigfork Summer Playhouse, the Festival of Arts and yuletide sleigh rides. Bigfork boasts an array of famed art galleries, charming boutiques and award-winning restaurants with a wide variety of culinary delights.

In the winter, the Flathead Valley is famous for its world-class skiing and wide range of winter activities. There are two ski resorts in the area including the local favorite Whitefish Mountain Resort and the family-friendly Blacktail Mountain Ski Area. Visitors to the area can also enjoy ice fishing on Flathead Lake, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in Glacier National Park, and snowmobiling with one of the local outfitters.

Montana A/C:
Most of the homes in Montana do not have central A/C, instead, we use the old-fashioned Montana A/C. Montana A/C is we encourage guests to open windows at night, and closing them up during the day (Including curtains/blinds). Closing them during the day will help keep cool air inside, and we ask that you do so if you are not present in the home for your safety. Additionally, most homes will have fans located in the bedroom closets. This home does have air conditioning!

Our Concierge and Reservations Team will be pleased to help you plan an amazing trip to Montana! From Yellowstone National Park to Glacier National Park and beautiful spots in between, let us be your one stop for vacation planning!

Check-in instructions are emailed 7 days prior to arrival with driving directions to the property. All of our properties are 24 hour self check-in, with an in property tablet serving as a guest book with helpful information you made need during your stay, recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, and a chat feature with our Property Manager that's available to assist you 7 days a week, 9am-10pm. Outside of normal business hours, we have an after hour call service to assist you.

Stay Montana has enhanced protocols of our already highest standards for cleanliness:
*Cleaning products (CDC approved) applied with microfiber cloths
*Sheets and Towels are laundered by a commercial laundry facility (not in the home)
*Professionally trained cleaning staff using personal protective equipment
*Disinfection of high touch areas using a pressurized sprayer (or electrostatic sprayer) – counters, light switches, remotes, door handles
*Private Hot Tubs are drained, sanitized, & refilled before each new arrival
*Individually packaged, eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
