I am just getting in touch with you because I have spent days trawling the Internet trying to find suitable accommodation

I am a considerate, self respectful person trying to research and organise travel arrangements where I can get my head down in a safe place and clean environment, where our belongings will be safe.
I must admit I am very nervous about this whole concept staying in some body's home: Will it be o.k? Will it be clean?, Will there be no bed bugs and other multi legged friends? Will the sheets be clean? is the neighbour hood a safe one? The list goes on..... but after trying it once in Los Angeles I loved it so this is the way forward if I do my research!

I read your reviews, seen your photos, geographically check out your location and done a bit more research, always having options however I have had have a few options but am trying to find the right person, and accommodation.

I'm excited and look forward to hearing from you about how it will all work with you if you feel we can be right for your home...
