This amazing location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, bars and breweries. Easiest to walk to most places; however there are many rentable scooters and bicycles through the Spin App and are easy to find to maneuver around Downtown. If you wanting to go a little further, Uber is very accessible and there is always the Downtown Transit Center which provides public transportation on the MAX and is 2 blocks away. Lee Martinez Park is just a block away where you will find the Poudre River and the amazing walking/biking trail that runs along it.

Hi there! Little history on myself… I’m originally from Southern Minnesota where I grew up on a farm near a small little town. I’ve never been a city girl which is why I really love Fort Collins as it has that small town feel, yet provides all the amenities!

I have my Bachelors in Business Management and work with my husband, Joseph, at Edman Builders which is a Construction Management/General Contracting firm that was organically grown after he finished college with his Bachelors in Construction Management.

We have three children (11, 9 & 6) and we all love Motocross. If we aren’t at work or home we are most likely at the track! I also love to make appetizers and bake with my girls! We have a little fluffer, Mogli, who is a 14. He’s still very spunky and likes to play.

This is my first run at hosting an Airbnb, and am very excited about it! Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns you may have and I hope we can welcome you into our home!
