This is a basement bedroom & den in a calm house.

It’s just me in the home. My partner is often away traveling but visits when he can. I stay busy with house projects & getting outside.

Since it’s just me, the refrigerator in the kitchen has plenty of open space, please use it. There’s a microwave & pantry storage downstairs.

Fire pit outside, just provide your own firewood & give me a heads up so I can set up the chairs and hose for you.

I work from home M-F & am an early bird due to starting @ 6:30am. Quiet hours start 9pm week nights & 11pm on weekends, until 7am.

The shower/bathtub has been upgraded so it’s newly installed. Other areas of the bathroom are being upgraded over time, please excuse any imperfections.

Eufy camera set up outside front door for security.

I own a Tiny Home that sits in the backyard (it’s currently for sale. Listed on Tiny House Listings if you’re curious...) so folks may come around for a tour here & there.

My partner Earl & I are both easy going people who like to laugh and have fun. We play around a lot with our goofy little dog Jack :) He’s a small 12lb Jack Russell Terrier who’s very loving and well behaved.

Earl & I are both professionals, down to earth, respectful and friendly. Earl travels for work.
