This cozy guesthouse has 2 bedrooms, a balcony & a pool. Go for a swim, cook in the outdoor kitchen or enjoy the breathtaking views and lush fruit trees.

Great location minutes from El Yunque and only 30 minutes away from the beach, San Juan & the airport.

Please note this guesthouse shares the property with the owners' main house but you will have complete access to the outdoor areas & amenities.

This cozy guesthouse has 2 bedrooms, a balcony & a pool, and is the perfect destination for groups up to 6. Go for a swim in the pool, cook a meal in the outdoor kitchen, enjoy the breathtaking views, and explore the property's acre of lush fruit trees and exotic plants.

This rainforest paradise is nicknamed “Pancho's Paradise” after the 25-year-old red macaw parrot, named Pancho, who lives year-round on the property. During your stay, you will be able to enjoy conversations and take photos with Pancho.

The first bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, and dresser space. The second bedroom has two twin size beds, a closet, and dresser space. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The living room has a pullout couch, and an air mattress available.

Work from home in the spacious open-concept dining and living areas with fast WIFI. The living room has a television, ceiling fan, books and board games. The kitchen is equipped with an electric refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, pans, glasses, plates, cutlery, coffee maker, and blender. Guests have access to washer and dryer in the outdoor gazebo.

The space also has a wrap-around balcony with beautiful views of El Yunque national rainforest, a private pool, beautiful and large patio, outdoor kitchen and bar with full size refrigerator, outdoor sink, and outdoor sound system.
