This vacation home is set up for your maximum enjoyment while vacationing in Naples, Florida. There is a fully equipped newly refurbished kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances throughout. There are multiple indoor living spaces as well as a gorgeous and over sized south facing pool deck that has a heated pool with a spa. This home is 1.9 miles from both Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park Beach. Guests love our home because it is easy access from Fort Myers Int'l Airport, Miami or the east coast of Florida for a nice get away and you can be in Key Largo and the upper keys in about 3 hours!

The home is located in Naples Park, a quaint residential neighborhood in north Naples, Florida. Every home is unique in size, style and architectural features: this is not your "cookie cutter" neighborhood located within gates with tons of rules. You will feel relaxed and at ease to enjoy the best that this Naples Park home has to offer. The home is only a quick walk or drive to Vanderbilt beach and the Mercato with Whole Foods and it's many shops and bars. Trader Joe's is only 1 mile away from the home as well. This vacation rental is pet friendly!

Your vacation rental home is set up for you and your family to create new memories and have some good quality time together in the sun and underneath the shade of palm trees. You have full use of 2 beach cruiser bikes, a propane grill, 2 beach chairs and a beach cooler. The home also has a full sized washer and dryer, both located in the garage that you can use throughout your stay.

The home was newly refurbished with top of the line kitchen appliances and natural stone countertops. There is a large island in the kitchen where you can pull up a bar stool and enjoy a frozen drink or a morning cup of coffee. Upon entering the home you are welcomed to the great room with very large floor to ceiling windows that lets in tons of natural light and brand new furnishings.

The main bedroom suite of the home features a King bed along with a newly refurbished en suite bathroom. Guests have a huge walk in closet with plenty of space to store your luggage and jackets as you won't need them while you are in Naples!

The second guest bedroom features a Queen bed with a coastal chic theme. There is a medium sized closet for your clothes and this bedroom shares the second full sized bathroom with the third bedroom. The second full sized bathroom is great for day use as well.

The third bedroom has a Twin Daybed with a pull out Twin Trundle bed - this is a perfect bedroom for the kids! This bedroom also has sliding door access, with locks, to the pool for easy access and for older kids when the weather is cool you can keep the slider open for fresh air!

We hope that you really get to use the heated pool and spa which is located in a subtropical oasis in the back of the property that faces south giving you the ideal amount of sun throughout the day. The pavered pool deck is over sized and we have plenty of furniture to relax on or have an al fresco meal in the sun or to hang out under the overhang. There has been a complete landscape transformation with lots of tropical flowering plants throughout the yard and pool to enjoy that photograph very well on social media. Make sure to add the hashtag #mikezrentals !

Best of all your vacation rental on is located on the west side of the 6 hundred block in Naples Park so you are less then a 2 mile walk or bike ride to the beach! There are also multiple public daily parking fee lots that you can drive to and park to enjoy the beach as well.

Naples Park is a very pedestrian friendly neighborhood and Uber and Lyft and readily available and the Ft Myers Int'l Airport is about a 40 min drive away. To explore the greater Naples area we recommend renting or bringing your car.

The Small Print:

This home is pet friendly and allows 2 pets - 60 pounds or less each and non-shedding - no exceptions and no additional fees.

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival
