Our newly renovated "Modern Cottage with Loft" at Inn The Orchard has been designed with all luxuries of home but created guaranteeing a relaxing atmosphere and simplicity that you'll never forget. We love creating spaces allowing you to escape the city, be surrounded by nature while remaining in the heart of Niagara's Wine Country!

The Cottage features; gorgeous orchard views, an open concept living area, a full kitchen, a loft-style bedroom area, an ensuite bathroom, outdoor patio with Canadian Cedar Hot Tub!

The Living Area features; beautiful sliding patio doors that will provide a bright, relaxing atmosphere facing the cherry tree orchard right outside your doorstep. A Stunning Glass Gas Fireplace, Loveseat Sofa, Complimentary Wifi, Smart Tv with Netflix, YouTube, Chromecast, and more.

Upstairs Loft Area has comfortable King Sized-Bed, Cozy Sitting Area Overlooking Downstairs Living Area, and 3-Piece En-Suite Bathroom.

Fully Equipped Kitchen including; Fridge with Freezer, Full Stove with Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Water Boiler, Outdoor BBQ. Everything you need to prepare a lovely meal is provided; Pots, Pans, Baking Sheet, Oil, Salt and Pepper Etc. Tap water is safe and drinkable, sourced from the well on the property. Your meals can be enjoyed at the 3-chair kitchen table or on the outdoor patio space, also providing a suitable workspace if needed.

Whether you’re looking for an escape from the city or you’re a nature lover, the outdoor patio is a wonderful place to unwind. Comfortable outdoor seating, firepit (with wood available on site), double hammock, all-season cedar hot tub, and outdoor BBQ. This space is dedicated to you and your guest, tucked away, overlooking the orchards.

During your stay, you're welcome to take advantage of the orchards and waterside hiking trail maintained by ourselves and neighboring properties! More details are included in the welcome book upon arrival!

The cottage sits is facing acreas of orchards on one side and overlooking one of Niagara Region’s many small creeks that feed into Lake Ontario on the other. Situated on a working farm with parking within a short stroll to the cottage.

If you're looking to unwind in nature or enjoy some wine tastings at the nearby wineries this place has it all. With 8 wineries within a 7-minute drive, the closest being only 2-minutes away.

We are Jan & Fabiola Prins, born and raised in the Westland greenhouse district in the Netherlands. In 1998, we fell in love with the space and opportunities we saw in Canada, specifically in the Niagara region.

We own and operate Prins Grow Inc, specializing in cut flowers since 1998. We have been blessed with two girls (Sarah/co host and Fay). Over the years, as we grew together as a family, we saw the need for Inn the Orchard, a place where families could celebrate and a space where business could benefit from a fresh air perspective -a farm stay that offers rest and inspiration for both body and mind.

In 2019, we expanded into the hospitality industry opening Inn the Orchard. Our 17 acre property, is nestled among Niagara’s fruit trees and grapevines, sitting on the shores of 16 Mile Creek.
