A really classy fully furmished appartment in central Berlin, available throughout the year. Bundesplatz is in central Berlin with all its sights and possibilities. The grand style flat can sleep 4 people comfortably, 1 king size bed in the bedroom , 1 double sofa-bed in the living area.

The appartment was built in 1904 and is a classic Berlin 'Altbau' with a huge long 'Berlin-Zimmer' as ther dining room. It is on the 4th floor, there is no lift, just 88 stairs, good for the circulation! .There is a small balcony that overlooks the lively Bundesplatz. The flat is double glazed, has gas central heating.The area of the appartment is 145 Square metres.The living room has a Bose speaker system that goes through the apartment enabling you to relax in the bath to your favourite sounds There is a large dining Table in the dining room, a king sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the dining room which can sleep 2. There are also 2 single mattresses available to sleep 6 in total. I will supply any bedding and towels that you require.There are ample plates cutlery and other equipment.
