Perfect for larger families or families holidaying together this impressive 5 bedroom home offers an exciting choice for guests who dream of a contemporary tropical coastal lifestyle. There is a beautiful large swimming pool or the beach is 2 mins stroll away. If you don't feel like cooking the Bushland Beach Tavern is only 4 minutes walk perfect for a steak and some beers or whatever you fancy

Experience the wow factor on arrival through an inviting timber decked formal entry. Double timber doors open to reveal an expansive open plan living area with floor to ceiling windows and stacker doors with views out to the private patio and pool. The adjacent chef's kitchen has been created for the most enthusiastic chef with Smeg appliances, long benchtops and a practical mix of storage drawers and cupboards. With a pleasing and convenient outlook to the entertaining area and pool it is easy to keep an eye on children swiming in the pool. All linen is professionally cleaned and I employ a professional cleaning service that specializes in holiday rental cleans.
