Due to the huge success of Honeysuckle House my other holiday home in Oakham I have added Cozy Nook, an easy 10 minute walk from Oakham train station and Oakham High street with its many cafes and restaurants.

Enjoy everything Oakham has to offer, spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to see and do nearby.

Cozy Nook is a perfect hideaway for relaxing and exploring our beautiful county of Rutland.

Cozy Nook is a cosy 2 bedroomed terrace cottage, boasting 2 sumptuous beds. 1 bedroom has a superking bed (6ft) while the other, although compact, has a (5ft) bed enabling you to have the best nights rest, we all know how important a good nights sleep is. Cozy Nook has a small private courtyard together with an intimate garden space, the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Although its on street parking there is always plenty of space because the cottage is at the top of Kings Road.

We have invested in the safety and well being of our guests and are now using CERT, hospital grade hygiene, a powerful detergent and disinfectant. CERT destroys the SARS-COVID-2 virus which causes COVID-19 and kills 99.99% of microorganisms and germs.

Oakham is a great little town in England’s very beautiful smallest county. It boasts many great places to eat and individual little shops within walking distance of the house. There is also Oakham Castle and a fabulous museum. Rutland is well known for its lake with its many activities and wildlife reserve, it is within easy cycling distance of the house, or can be driven to and bicycles can be hired at Rutland Water. Around Rutland are many quaint villages with some great pubs for dining or just relaxing with a drink and Stamford and Burghley House are only 10 miles away.

Hi I'm Tracey and I live in Langham about 2 miles out of Oakham, I'm married to my wonderful husband Simon, we both work in the family business Oakham Tyre Company based in Oakham and we have 2 sons. We love living in Rutland the smallest County in England and I have listed Honeysuckle House as I wanted to share the area we live in and all its beauty. After the huge success of Honeysuckle House I have added Cozy Nook to my listings more set out for romantic couples or small families, and now have Lazy Nest which is a nest to laze, a lovely 2 bedroomed property and as the name suggests done out to be a real lazy comfortable nest, I hope you love them as much as i do. I love travelling to new destinations and am a real foodie I also like to walk, my husband loves cycling and in the area we live it's fantastic for cycling and walking amongst many other activities. We hope you come stay in our beautiful County and hope you choose Honeysuckle House, Cozy Nook or Lazy Nest as your base to explore.

I live in the village of Langham 2 miles down the road, I am always available to answer any questions you may have or to give you advice on where to go or which retaurants are good, although I wont intrude on your privacy unless you need me.
There is a lockbox for the keys so you can arrive as late as you like without having to worry.
We have also signed up to Netflix for your entertainment.

Also due to Coronavirus, we are taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
