The property offers a rural idyll and is extremely tranquil with wonderful views over the Vale of Aylesbury towards the Chiltern Hills. Some lovely walks are close-by and the village pub, which serves food, is a 7 minute walk.

The property is set on the edge of a very pretty village, two miles north of Aylesbury with stunning views across the Vale of Aylesbury and the Chilterns. There are footpaths close to the house for lovely country walks. Further afield, Milton Keynes is 25 minutes away, Bicester Village is a 30-minute drive and Oxford is 50 minutes. London can be reached from Leighton Buzzard station in 35 mins or in one hours from Aylesbury station. We are ideally placed for National Trust properties such as Waddesdon Manor and Stowe, as well as Bletchley Park and Whipsnade Zoo.

My family and I live in the main house and I work from home. We have recently refurbished the coach house, which is nearby but in the same grounds, and we have just started using this for airbnb.

Lizzy will greet you on arrival, or if you are very late will arrange access to the property via a key box, and is very happy to help you with any questions or to provide information about the local area.
We also have two friendly golden retrievers who roam around the garden and do like to 'meet and greet' our visitors.
The main house has been our family's home for over 27 years and we still very much live in it full time. We can also often be found in the main garden and vegetable garden (adjacent to the Coach House). However, we always respect the privacy of our guests occupying the Coach House and allow them to enjoy their private section of the garden uninterrupted.
