Cottage 21 is a one bedroom house with a bonus sofa bed room and just shy of 900 square feet. Its more like a modern farm house and is the main house visible from the street. The space is designed for 1-2 people with the occasional guest (no more than 3 people allowed to sleep in the space) looking for a quiet, relaxing space while visiting or working in Asheville. Enjoy the fresh air, birds, trees your morning coffee or evening cocktail from the front porch or screened in room.

Has a private entrance with an entrance porch along with seating and a small table and two chairs to enjoy the outside. The interior offers an abundance of natural light during the day and black-out shades when you’re ready for sleep.
The bedroom boasts a ten inch thick high-quality memory foam mattress, beautiful linens, and soft pillows, completed by ample storage with drawers and hangers to help you feel at home. Take a nice shower in the oversized shower and when done why not clean some of your clothes in the HE washer and dryer.

Cleaning: there is a coordinated cleaning for each 30 days you’re in residence.
