There is a private bathroom with full shower... and access to full kitchen. There's 4 airbnb rooms upstairs, the full house can be rented as well as basement separately. 3 Total bathrooms on main level. Often host mature students and working professionals, people on hospital rotations etc.

Front porch is great for meditating.. lush gardens and nature in town! Very quiet private street. Full of families and not many students please be mindful of outdoor noise. The room has a big bright window in it with various curtains for privacy.

PLEASE: read the descriptions of all rooms in order to make sure we are a good match... I try really hard to keep the houses clean but there are usually 3+ guests at any given time in each home and I simply can't be home 24/7. I have live-in managers at each home, please tell them asap if there's an issue we aim for 5 stars!!! I am available by cell/text/email/app 24/7 and do have a cleaner available to come on short notice if I'm not home. I allow pets from time to time with guests - if you don't like friendly pets or have zero tolerance for minimal hair we will not be a good match! There is an extra cleaning fee for furry friends and it depends on length of your stay. No untrained pets are allowed on the property and if your pet has accidents that are not cleaned up I will have to remove you so we can ensure all the guests are happy and no damage to the house occurs, thanks !
