Two spontaneous people who rarely have a firm itinerary when we travel, choosing to let the whims of the moment carry us away to unexpected (and always rewarding) adventures. Whether crossing the Alps from Turin to Grenoble, crossing Mauna Kea from Hilo to Kona on an empty tank ..and coasting down the mountain into a gas station, or simply snowed in at the Eugene airport returning from an Oregon ski trip, we always find the journey of traveling together just as rewarding as the final destination.

We’re transplants here in Wisconsin, but we love our Wisconsin lifestyle. The cottage in Lake Como is our spiritual retreat, Lake Como is just a few blocks away, and we enjoy early morning skiing on water that is smooth as glass. When guests come we'll trailer the boat over to William's Bay for a day on Lake Geneva. Time slows down at the Lake Como cottage, and we live more in the moment.

The Madison House is where we host longer stays catering to traveling professionals and specifically travel nurses. Not only is it a comfortable and well-appointed home, but the property features a large fenced in yard with stately trees for the furry family members to roam and explore.

We've reached the point in our lives where the simple pleasures in life are the most cherished. We look forward to meeting and hosting others who share our philosophy and love of travel.
