Allowing enjoying the serene isolation that Afiartis Avli House offers benefiting from the easy access, this area is very quiet and tranquil and offers privacy and peace of the mind. The excellent landscaped garden is filled with a selection of flowers calming the senses and creating a romantic atmosphere of relaxation and wellness.

The Afiartis Avli House is perfectly located at the heart of south part of the island, with a panoramic sea view from the 70 square meters private garden terrace. This bright and spacious 80 square meters family house includes 1 master bedroom (is a part of a genuine traditional stone house, with 2 double beds), a living room ( with a flat-screen TV) together with a large fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with a washing machine), ideal to accommodate a family with 2 children and 1 baby.

The house is set within short distance of taverns, restaurants, cafe bars, as well as mini-markets and a 15 minute driving will get you to Pigadia, the capital of Karpathos.
