The apartment (60m2) offers maximum comfort, luxury amenities, full equipment for food preparation, air conditioned spaces and free Wi-Fi. Walking distance to the public beach, closest supermarket is 100m. Stores, shopping centers, a Bank/ATM, Apotheke and some good restaurant are very close to the apartment reachable by foot./

Situated on the ground floor, has a sunny terrace, and a relaxing view on green garden. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few km from the historical and cultural city center of Koper, ideal for excursions and a great starting point to visit authentic seaside towns of Slovenian, Croatian and Italian Istria. You're just few minutes walk from the nearby beaches. The appartment is furnished with touch and small details that gives you a warm hug as it was your home. The apartment (50 mq) is suitable for families, couples, solo adventurers, or business travellers. It has a separate bedroom/sleeping room with one comfortable bed and a children room. Two children or guests can be situated in the big living room area on sofa bed ( 180x200).A baby bed/baby cot for small child is olso available Upon request.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a micro oven, a induction cooker, fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, toaster/grill, electric water kettle and a coffe machine. All the basic ingredients are available (salt, sugar, oil, vinegar).
The bathroom has a shower and enough shelfs to put on your personal things. Fresh towels and linens will be waiting for you, as well as the hair dryer.
The 10mq terrace with a garden in front the apartment will let you recapture all the great places, people and adventures experienced trough your trip.

ISTRIANA je nov apartma **** (APRIL 2022) iz skupine Istrian apartments b&b Koper. Gostom ponujamo udobno nastanitev v treh sodobno in skrbno opremljenih apartmajih v velikosti cca 50-60 m2. Apartma sprejme do največ 6 oseb, saj ima 2 spalnici ter možnost uporabe udobnega v posteljo raztegljivega kavča v dnevnem prostoru. V vsakem apartmaju je v dnevnem prostoru sodobno, polno opremljena kuhinja z jedilnico ter osnovnimi živili za brezskrben začetek (štedilnik, hladilnik, pomivalni stroj, mikrovalovna pečica, opekač kruha, aparat za kavo), element s kabelsko TV ter brezplačna širokopasovna brezžična internetna povezava (5G). V apartmaju je moderna kopalnica z WC (električni grelnik, sušilec za lase in pripomočki za osebno higieno).) ter ločen individualno nastavljiv sistem ogrevanja in hlajenja prostorov s klimatsko napravo ali nizkoogljičnim centralnim ogrevanjem. Kakovostno in skrbno izbrano pohištvo ter vsa oprema in izbrani detajli (tudi likalnik z desko) gostom nudita prijetno, udobno in kakovostno bivanje. Nismo pa pozabili niti na otroke, saj želimo biti družinam prijazni apartmaji. Naši gostje lahko svoj avtomobil brezplačno parkirajo na parkirišču pred vhodom. Apartma Istriana svoje goste dodatno razvaja s pokrito teraso in vrtno lounge garnituro ter izhodom na vrt, ki v večerih poletnih mesecev zapeljuje s svežino poletnega vetriča v objemu zelenja in pogledi na mestne luči.

Dobrodošli v novi pridobitvi Istrskih apartmajev b&b Koper, kjer gostoljubje, varnost in čistočo postavljamo na prvo mesto od l. 2017. Tudi sami radi potujemo in se v času bivanja v tujih krajih radi počutimo prijetno domače, kot doma. Naše apartmaje smo zato zasnovali tako, da bi tudi svojim gostom pričarali nepozabno potovanje z nastanitvijo, ki jim bo nudila domačnost, udobje in jih tudi razvajala. Prepričajte se še sami, zato prijetno vabljeni na mirno lokacijo v centru Kopra, vendar stran od mestnega vrveža, kjer se resnično lahko spočijete.

There are markets, shopping centers, the Bank/ATM, Apotheke and some good restaurants very close the apartment, reachable by foot. The Bus station/public transit is directly in front of the app. The city center, the beach and local sites are easily approachable - the bus and railway station is a few minutes by car, there are 15 km to Portorož, 20 km to Piran, 10 km to Izola.the location itself is really handy since it's only a few km from Croatian or Italian border, 2 hours drive to Venice, 40 minutes drive to the majestic Postojna caves, less that 30 minutes to the famous Lipica studdery and less than an hour drive to Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia.
