A 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom Welsh slate bungalow in a rural development with stellar views across fields to Roch castle and the sea just over the hill. The bungalow is located in a cul de sac, accessed from rural Welsh country lanes and bordered by fields. It has a full fibre superfast broadband connection. Newgale surfing beach is less than 10 minutes drive, Haverfordwest 15 minutes, St David's cathedral 25 minutes with beautiful Pembrokeshire walks and an abundance of restaurants nearby.

The bungalow has a well equipped kitchen and the sitting room is very comfortable with a wonderful high ceiling. The property has just been renovated, with new wooden floors and carpets throughout. Each room has beautiful framed photographic prints of Newgale beach and local beauty spots. The conservatory provides a wonderful vista across the countryside and provides ample working space for games. The master bedroom comprises a luxurious Vi-Spring queen bed, the second bedroom twin beds and the third bedroom full size bunk beds. The master bedroom sheets are high quality Egyptian cotton with high quality towels. The garden is laid to lawn with a small patio with table, chairs and a picnic bench. There are additional chairs and recliners available in the garage. The garage is available to store your belongings and also provides a large freezer for longer stays. This is your home from home in Pembrokeshire!

Quiet and peaceful seclusion. The whole area is quiet and peaceful. The roads are beautifully quiet, people are very friendly and have time to chat, and the pace of life is gentle! Its a bit like stepping back in time to an idyllic safe and countryside lifestyle.
My favourite activities and places to visit in the local area:
Newgale beach for surfing, kayaks, kite surfing etc. All available to hire, lessons too.
Walks along the Pembrokeshire coastal path
Broad Haven and Little Haven beaches
Solva - an old and picturesque historical village with interesting shops and pubs
The beautiful cathedral city of St David's
Exciting boat trips from St Justinians around Ramsey Island to see fantastic wildlife
Haverfordwest for all shopping needs
Fish and chips at Pelcombe garage (very good!)
Oakwood Theme Park
Pembroke Castle
Castlemartin for stunning views, walking and rock climbing
The wonderful Preseli hills with its granite rocks used to build Stonehenge
Hilton Court, a garden centre very nearby, with artisan shops and including a lovely garden walk with young children.

Hello. My family have owned this beautiful bungalow since it was first built in 2000. We have recently completely refurbished the property to a very high standard. All rooms have been repainted, with new carpets and beautiful real oak flooring throughout. It is very well looked after and kept in extremely good condition.

My mum lived in Pembrokeshire for 20 years and so my family have grown up loving this part of the world, as I'm sure you will too.

Rubbish and Recycling: please take care to put out the rubbish and recycling correctly. It gets collected from the entrance to Cedar Close. Please note they will NOT collect anything that is not in the correct containers.

Internet access - there is brand new superfast unlimited full fibre broadband connected to the property.

A local caretaker is available in any emergency. I am fully available for phone calls.
