Across from Albert Park, within the main shopping district. Loads of restaurants, cafés and bars in the surrounding area for you to explore!

On top of the garden & city view, the apartment has an open-plan living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen.

The room has a central air conditioning system. Easy to adjust the temperature in each room and the living area.

The building offers recreational facilities like a spa, swimming pool and a gym to its residents for free use. (operational hours might change or get limited because of the COVID, please go and check Avani Auckland Metropolis' website for more information)

The dryer above the washing machine does not work. Please use the frame airer rail to hang your laundry.

We offer pans, cutting board, cutlery etc. but no cooking oil and condiments like salt/sugar. Tea and coffee bags are not provided as well. Please bring your own if you want to cook throughout your stay.

A dishwasher is equipped in the kitchen. Please have your dishwasher powder if you want to use it.

It is apartments building. The other rooms are all other guests.
The Albert park and The Universty of Auckland are in the front of the building.
All coffee and famous restaurant are just under our building along High St and Queen St.
The sky tower, art gallery and casino are around 5 mins walking.
Huge of shopping mall around.
Harbour area is 10 mins walking
