Waterfront cottage with cozy wood fireplace, deck and amazing views! If you're looking for a rustic, quiet getaway with both modern comforts and mountain lake benefits, then this is the perfect place for you and your family or small group of friends. This cottage is fully furnished and has equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker , pots, pans, dishes, spices etc), a BBQ, WIFI and full bathroom. There will also be a paddle board and peddle boat to use and a fire pit.

The front yard is fenced for dogs, but please clean up after them. There is also a separate access to basement with it's own kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with bunks, and pullout couch, that can be rented out for an additional cost. Washer and dryer are in the basement to use for stays longer than 4 days.
