A modern, welcoming home with a private guest bedroom.

The house is situated in a quiet cul de sac just off the East Lancashire Road which goes directly to Liverpool, or via Haydock Island motorways links to Manchester.

Downstairs, an open-plan living, dining and kitchen is shared, with the main bathroom downstairs. The private bedroom is upstairs.

Haydock Park Racecourse is very close.

There are supermarkets very close too (Aldi, Tesco, Iceland etc).

Modern and technical, with heating, vacuum and lights automated and controlled by voice. All areas are shared except a private, lockable bedroom. You are welcome to make use of the shared areas, such as the living room, dining room and kitchen too.

I’m a Web Designer by trade, working from a seperate office building behind my home, and a singer for a hobby. I enjoy good food (I love to cook) and having drinks with friends - all part of being social, which is my favourite thing to do.

When I joined as a host I didn’t really know what to expect, but I knew I had space, a good location and that I enjoy meeting new people. Sharing my home on AirBnB was a great decision and hosting has become something I really enjoy doing; I want you to feel as much “at home” here as I do.

I’ve been told, as you will see from reviews that my offer is a great deal for the price. I truly hope you will agree. I’m always looking to improve too, so please leave feedback.

Here’s some of things I’ve done recently to improve the experience for guests...

- The guest room now has a double bed with Memory Foam mattress
- The most friendly and lovable dog is the new addition to my family, and she loves to meet new friends. She’s an American Bully.
- Improved guest WiFi hotspots (including 5G WiFi) have been fitted around the house, boasting speeds of up to 350mbps per connected device
- A traditional log / multi-fuel fire has been installed in the living room
- A brand new Roland Piano is in the dining room which guests are welcome to play
- Updated TV system in the guest room, kitchen and living room with thousands of channels. The TVs are now voice activated.
- Upgraded Bose SoundTouch speaker is available via voice control in the kitchen (but covered all shared areas due to the open plan layout)
- A Tassimo coffee machine is now in the guest room.
