The house is centrally located just three blocks from the Invercargill CBD, and 1 kilometer from Invercargill airport. The property is on a cross lease with 3 units on the subdivided section. It is the second property down the shared driveway and therefore is very quiet and peaceful with no disturbance or noise.

The guest bedroom is spacious on the northern side of the house and looks out into the private back yard and gardens, and receives nearly all day sun.

A TV with Netflix is in the room for your use. At night choose your own lighting preferences using the special LED remote controlled lighting installed which can change colors.

The property is situated in a safe unique neighborhood which comprises both residential and commercial neighbors. Across the road is a small milk factory (Blue River Dairy) who manufactures specialty cheeses and exports baby formula to China using goat, sheep or cattle milk.

Next door is Rose Lodge retirement village for the elderly which is tastefully landscaped. Around the corner is a boutique butcher's and a art's gift shop, and the new K-Mart, eateries and the city centre are an easy 5 minute walk (3 blocks).

The Otepuni stream and gardens are just around the corner and make a nice place to stroll alongside the stream and admire the well established plants and landscaping.
