Relaxed, airy and stylish (Scandinavian meets Sri Lankan style) guest house in Mirissa with a balcony overlooking the stunning view over Mirissa Harbour and Weligama Bay.

Guests will feel like at home with large self-service open plan kitchen available to use for cooking and using the fridges. No staff available after the breakfast and room cleaning.

I am Ingrid Hettihewa, Estonian, living in Sri Lanka since 2015.

I have two guest houses in Mirissa.

1. "Mamma Mia Mirissa" is located on the Kolanyia Road, directly on the beach, in Mirissa fisheries harbor. 10 double rooms and 1 family room, all with amazing ocean view.

2. "Mirissa Bed and Breakfast" is located on the Harbour Road. 6 double rooms and 3 family rooms, all with terrace space and garden view.

* Our rooms are very clean, well lighted, with attached western bathroom, ceiling fan, and AC.

* There is a fully equipped kitchen for guests at both places.

* Flexible and stress-free self-check-in.

* Useful tips from hosts to discover the best activities, restaurants, and shops in the area.

I love hosting guests, interior decoration, cooking and food, coffee and Champagne, and walking. I am married to Sri Lankan and we have 2 kids.

I believe that sometimes doing nothing can be the best vacation and Mirissa is the perfect place for taking some (beach) time for yourself and just being lazy.

I speak English, Estonian, Finnish, and a little bit of Russian.
