Talking Water is on a secluded oasis of land, that boasts hiking trails & the mesmerizing sound of Stony Fork River. This completely remodeled home is 17 miles to the heart of Asheville & 4 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. The fully stocked home can hold up to 8 people comfortably, local art, board game galore, ping pong, darts, foosball, corn hole, fire pit & more.

If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful escape, that can accommodate a large family or large group then look no further.

On this property there are 3 homes. We have our main Talking Waters home which is the listing you are currently looking to book, the second home is also a vacation rental located on the opposite side of the property, and the third home is a private, unused home. There is plenty of space between the 2 rentals that you wouldn’t be disturbed by another guest staying on the property. In between the homes you will find a large area for gatherings, hanging out around the fire, roasting s’mores, all while listening to the sound of nature surrounding you. There are 2 fire pits, each located close to the two rental homes (we do provide fire wood), a large table to accommodate spreads of food. There is a covered area on the middle unfinished home which is a common area where you will find foosball, ping pong, darts, etc. This space is sure to be fun no matter the weather outside.
