With the guesthouse there is a small private courtyard, a unique place for winding down after a day trip to Copenhagen or the historic Roskilde with the cathedral and the vikingships, all in driving range within 15-40 min.

You can loan a rowing boat or a canoe and enjoy a trip in the heart of the nationalpark ‘Skjoldungernes land’ with great possibility of seeing the birdlife - which includes eagles - from the seaside. Also the fiord is perfect for a swim with several good private spots, if not just from the shore.
During the summertime you have the chance to join in for a daycruise in a 42 foot Jeanneau Voyage sailboat - with captain - for a reasonable cost - that is if the boat is home at its stables…..
There are restaurants nearby - or you can use the fully equipped kitchen for a quiet night in.
