Casa Amba is a boutique Villa conveniently located in the green & serene area of Lapkaman near Ognaj Circle on SP Ring Road. The Villa's elegant interiors & peaceful natural locale are ideal for family get-togethers, groups of friends, business meets or tourists etc. The Terrace Garden Suite + Studio & Garden View Rooms are located on 1st & 2nd Floors are all well appointed & feature 2 Kitchens & their own private stair entry access. A light breakfast can be arranged at extra charges as TCA- TY

Casa Amba is a charming boutique Villa nestled amidst tall Neem trees & set in an beautiful oasis of lush greenery. Our peaceful, pollution-free & tranquil surroundings help one to relax, refresh & rejuvenate with Mother Nature.
The Villa's architecture has been personally designed keeping Vaastu/Feng-Shui principles in mind & is built in a unique Southwest USA Pueblo ranch style but modernized with a more crisp & angular form.
All our elegant spacious rooms are fully furnished, Air-conditioned , well equipped & feature large openable windows & glass areas that lets in plenty of fresh air & sunlight for a bright, cheerful & airy ambience.
From the Villa, you can often see Nilgai /Bluebull or Indian Antelope, Peacocks, Monkeys, Rabbits, Pheasants etc many a times just outside your windows ! The main sounds you will probably hear during your stay are the chirping of a variety of hummingbirds, sparrows, robins, peacocks, white doves, roosters, etc., & yes the occasional monkeys !
Our Terraced Garden Guest Suite & Studio both feature their own private balconies, lawns & chickoo trees are one of our most unique features that are highly appreciated by our guests, who find them perfect to chill out & relax!
Casa Amba's interior/exterior walls & ceilings are uniquely made of eco friendly hand laid "Lippan" or Adobe mud & brick, which not only imparts a very rustic & cozy country ambience, but also helps to naturally keep the Villa's interiors cool & comfy during hot summers.
In our humble effort to help in our small part to save our planet, the use of 100% Adobe, natural soil & lawn in the balcony & roof gardens naturally cools the Villa's internal room temperature by as much as 12-18 ° C during peak summers! This helps to conserve at least 25-30% of energy thereby significantly reduce our carbon footprint.

At Casa Amba we are all happy to invest our time, effort & heart to ensuring you are well looked after & taken care of so you can feel just as relaxed, cozy & comfortable as you would be in your own home !

Casa Amba is a chic & charming boutique Villa nestled amidst lovely Neem trees & set in an beautiful oasis of lush greenery.
At the Villa you will feel as calm, rejuvenated & as one with nature, in a safe, peaceful & pollution-free sylvan surroundings. The main sounds you will probably hear in the day are the chirping of a variety of birds, peacocks & the occasional monkeys!
From the Villa you can take a lovely walk around our society area, enjoy the spacious lawns & gardens of the club house & many a time you will see Nilgai Bluebull or Indian Antelope, Peacocks, Monkeys, Rabbits, Mongoose, etc. sometimes just outside of your Villa's window!
For bird watchers, there's Thol Bird Sanctuary, which is at Thol lake 15 minutes away, which attracts flocks of flamingos, pelicans, kingfishers, ibis, and leggy storks. Thol is a real bird watcher's paradise ! If you would like to go sightseeing in the city, or a historic tour or sample our city's street food scene, we would be happy to arrange the trip!
At Casa Amba, we modestly do not wish to blow our own trumpet ;) so we would rather have you experience firsthand what is unique & inspiring about staying with us :) ! If there is any out of the box ideas/tips you may require, feel free to ask us anytime & we will surely try our best to make it happen !

A big thank you from all of us at Casa Amba to our wonderful patrons/friends for your appreciation & love in voting us as your Superhosts for 18 months in a row ! It's been an amazing & enriching experience meeting guests from around the globe & learning about so many different cultures, languages, cuisines & life experiences !
As a fellow traveller, I know the importance of a clean room, appreciating small thoughtful touches, availability of amenites/facilities & most importantly to feel welcomed like you are at home!
I'm a animal/furr-baby freak (we have 3 adorable German Shepherd's :) love nature, Music, Cars, big cats, Horses, Gardening, Cooking, Reading, Poetry, Wildlife & ecology preservation, Philosophy..& quite a bit more :) !
I'm fortunate to have travelled around the world & lived/worked in London, Dubai & the USA, so a bit of a global citizen.

Dear Guests,
If in town & whenever it's convenient, I would be glad to spend a few moments with you over a hot cup of tea to share experiences & tales of travel far & wide, or sit & exchange views about everything else under the sun :) I could give you a few tips to help you decide what you would find that is interesting to do in our city. We can arrange a driving tour & show you our main historical sites such as our family's well known Hutheesing Jain Temples, noteworthy historical & cultural spots , local street food, markets & myriad interesting parts of our vibrant city of Ahmedabad.
In case guests need anything extra to be provided, or may notice some areas or facililties at the Villa require our attention / or improvement, then do let our Villa staff know immediately, so that we could ensure it is taken care of asap.
>> IMPORTANT:- For all the first-time/newbie on Airbnb guests who are staying with us , kindly do read our house rules & manual thoroughly so as to familiarize yourself & understand that Casa Amba is our private home & is NOT a Public Hotel ! So for our newbie Airbnb guest's who have never stayed at or been in an Airbnb home before, you are kindly requested to read & respect the house rules & manual, follow the basic manners & courtesies required of our home & the nature, scope & timings of all your requests.
Kindly NOTE That the Ground Floor Main Entrance, Master Drawing Room/ Dining room with Island Kitchen & Ground floor Bedroons of the Villa are all private & are to be used for/by the host & Villa staff only.
Please note that Quiet/Silent hours require to be observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
We strive to ensure that all our guest do enjoy their own privacy, peace & space, & for whenever you may require any asisstance/help, our very friendly, trained & courteous staff will always be happy to help you.
