Stay in this lovely recently refurbished 3 bedroom house with private garden in a quiet area, but still 30 min away from the city centre.
Leytonstone tube station (Central Line) is 10 min walk away.

Up to 9 guests are welcome to stay, though perfectly suitable for fewer guests too:
2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with triple bunk beds, 1 double sofabed in the living room.

The house has a ground floor and first floor. It was recently refurbished, new carpets laid down, etc. The photos show the current state.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living area (with a sofabed) and a fully equipped kitchen with access to the private back garden.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has triple bunk beds.

It is perfect for families or bigger groups.

There is only one bathroom but up to 9 guests are welcome to stay if you decide so.
(2 in a double bedroom, 2 in the other double bedroom, 3 in the triple bunk bed room, 2 on the sofabed in the living room.)

Needless to say, you'll arrive to a clean home without any compromise. Hotel-grade linen & towels are also provided.

The house is close to tube stations, rail stations and main transport links, the vibrant Stratford Olympic park and retail mall, London City and Canary Wharf areas; all within 15 minutes on local transport. Leytonstone is a lively and diverse area and has a unique mix of assets, traditional high streets, and large-scale retail superstores.
It is a gateway to green space in Epping Forest and Wanstead Flats.

The only thing to do is to enjoy your stay to the fullest!

We have lovely neighbours on both sides of the house and would like to maintain excellent relationships. Please be respectful of the neighbours and they will be willing to help and assist you whenever and wherever possible.

Please note, the cleaning fee covers up to 3 beds to be set up towels included (for up to 5 people). If you need more than 3 beds set up, there is a one-time extra cleaning fee £15/bed to cover the fresh linen/towels cost. Thank you for your understanding.
