Braeside Cottage, is located in the middle of our Estate.. A comfortable cottage offering a cosy sitting room with fireplace, Austrian Style dining corner and a fully equipped kitchen.Hot tub is there for you to relax and for private use. The bathroom with toilet is located downstairs, shower and separate bath. There is a surcharge of GBP 8 p.d. per pet (max of 2 pet). Upstairs are two bedrooms. Laundry service is available upon request if you stay longer than 5 nights.

Braeside is a lovely new renovated cottage (renovation finished in May 2019). Your ideal place for family, friends or romantic retreat. There is a large log fireplace in the centre of the sitting room. Amazing views and set in a very tranquil setting. And a lovely luxury hot tub is there for you to relax and set to perfect temperature. Do note that there is a small pond close by in case you travel with smaller children.

We moved in December 2014 from The Netherlands to Scotland. Kellas Estate has been in my family from 2000.
We have moved to Kellas to help out run our family Estate. We love the outdoors, whisky, golf, horses, dogs and all Scotland has to offer. Renting out our properties gives me a great opportunity to meet other people all over the world who all share a passion of nature and Scotland.
