You'll be staying in the downstairs, mother in law apartment of our home.
This space is a private entrance, full suite, on the North end of Fort Collins. For bike riders and beer lovers, there is immediate access to the Poudre paved trail, which will have you at Odell and New Belgium in minutes. On site parking and kind hosts that keep to themselves. It isn't a hotel, but if you don't need top end accomodations to be happy, this is a great spot.

We are a vintage loving couple. We have decorated our guest space with artistic touches, vintage 1950's western decor, and Victorian style oddities.
We have loads of books about the old west as well as piles of western movies for you to watch on DVD or VHS! We’ve added a record player! Bring your records or enjoy a few of ours.

We are happy to share our private collection of natural oddities in our china cabinet. If science related taxidermy, or unusual natural oddities frighten you, you may wish to book elsewhere.

Our guest kitchen includes a pod coffee/tea pot and a microwave. We also have a french press if you prefer to bring your own coffee.

You will have room in the closet for hanging items, and a place to put your suitcase out, but we do not have a dresser in the space.

Last but not least, this is an unusual/ artistic space. We’ve filled it with vintage furniture that isn’t meant for rough, heavy wear.

We live in a beautiful spot right outside of city limits. Close to bike trails and the Poudre River, or historic Old Town 5 minutes away. Close to CSU and Horsetooth Reservoir. Fort Collins has a variety of cafe's as well as breweries and restaurants.

My husband and I are deeply involved in music. Mark plays upright bass in several country, and rockabilly bands. He also buys and sells vintage western wear.
I'm a radio dj. I host two shows, one here in Fort Collins, on our community radio station, KRFC 88.9 fm the other is online. I also sell vintage and antiques at one of the antique/fleamarket here in town. You'll see from our decor we love vintage, especially vintage western of the 1950's.

Fridays, during the day, you may hear music coming from upstairs. That is me preparing for my Saturday show, or Mark rehearsing. We're usually finished with our "noise" no later than 5 or 6 pm.

We have one cat who lives with us in our part of the house, and two kitties who we've adopted who live outside. They are very friendly.

We're pretty new to hosting, so we are open to suggestions about how to make your stay more enjoyable. Please let me know if I can be helpful to you in any way

Unobtrusive. Private. We have a lock box for you to get the key for your apartment, so you can come and go as you please. Our listing states, check in between 3-5, but we are fully self check in so anytime after 3 is fine. All of our check in information will be sent via Airbnb messages on the day of your arrival. I will always be available for emergencies via Airbnb messages or by phone.
