hey :) We are a friendly couple who used Airbnb plenty times, yet never hosted before. So for us, it is a new experience, and we hope to make it fun! We would love to offer you a beautiful, quite, central and cosy 2 bedroom. Flat is in a very good location, in quite neighbourhood and with excellent transport connection. There are lots of local cafes, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets around. We respect our guests privacy but always happy to help or give recommendations to all of our guests.

The flat is modern but cosy. There are fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker and oven. The bathroom got a bathtub and all essentials like shampoos and soaps will be provided. Spacious living room with two sofas, big dining table and PlayStation. Both of the bedrooms got walk-in wardrobes.

About the area: Leith walk is a famous, fast developing street, very close to the city centre. The area itself is safe and got many local cafes, nice restaurants, plenty supermarkets, gym and swimming pool. It is just 20 minutes away by walk from the city centre (princess st), 30 minutes walk to the Edinburgh Castle, 20 minutes to the train station. If you are arriving during the day, you have several options how to get to my place. 1st, by taxi which would be around £35. 2nd. By bus 300 which would take you very close to the house (5 minutes away by walk) but the bus journey itself is pretty long (around 1h). 3d option is to take bus 100 or tram, go to centre, and from there to either walk 20 minutes or take another bus (22,25,16,14,10,12). If you need any help, advice, recommendations of what to see, where to go to eat, museums or anything at all, please don't hesitate to ask!
