》The cozy apartment has been tastefully designed. It has 2 bedrooms with balconies and attached bathrooms. There is also an equipped kitchenette.

》Both bedrooms have brightly lit windows providing stunning mountain views of Rohtang Pass, Solang Valley and snow-capped Himalayan ranges all around. Right from your bed, you will experience the visual treat of thousands of apple trees right upto the base of the Himalayas.

》Guests can also relax in the lawn or apple orchard areas in our property overlooking the Beas river with a hot cuppa, a book or in the company of friends and family.

》 The local market is just 5 minutes walk down the road and has grocery, vegetable, poultry, wine, medical, laundry & other stores.

Bedroom Amenities:
1) Both bedrooms have balconies and ensuite clean modern bathrooms with Geysers for hot water and shower.
2) TV is provided in both bedrooms with cable connection.
3) King bed with side tables and bedside lamps.
4) Cupboard with hangers.
5) Writing desk and chair.
6) Coffee table and 2 chairs.
7) Chairs in the Balcony.
8) Room cleaning and linen change is done after every 3days post check-in.

Kitchenette Amenities:
1) Induction stove, electric rice cooker, hot water kettle, pressure cooker, cooking & serving utensils and dinnerware is provided.
2) Basics like salt, pepper, sugar, tea, masala box are provided.
3) Kitchen cleaning is guest responsibility. If left unclean during checkout, a kitchen cleaning charge of Rs.500 will apply.
3) Common RO water purifier is provided. Guests can take refills as required.

1) Our garden restaurant ‘Chai in the Sky’ serves delicious Indian & Chinese cuisine (veg & non-veg). Room service is provided.

Burwa is unquestionably the most well preserved and stunning neighborhood around Manali with unparalleled views of the snow capped Himalayas. Experience the magic of staying in an apple orchards with apple trees as far as the eyes can see!! This peaceful place just across the Rohtang highway is just a 12 minutes drive (6kms) from mall road and the perfect for nature lovers who prefer staying away from crowded Manali town. Burwa provides easy access to Atal tunnel, Rohtang Pass and Solang valley. Nehru kund is within walking distance. Paragliding and treks are conducted in Burwa valley. There are grocery, wine, laundry, medical and other retail stores just 100 meters down the road.

Born a travel addict, my life has been a chapter straight out of ‘Alice in Wonderland’. The stress of a corporate life further spurred my search for new terrains, destinations, adventures, experiences, tastes and friendships. Prashant joins me in taking my passion a little further and we bring to you a dream home in an enchanting apple orchard in Burwa Valley, Manali. We are more than happy to assist guests with travel plans and travel tips in Himachal including Lahaul-Spiti and Leh-Ladakh. The happiness on guests faces when they see the sun's first rays light up the magnificent Rohtang Pass makes it all worthwhile!
