Living room: With wood burner, Freeview TV, DVD player and beams.
Dining room/Kitchen: With electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and beams.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With single bed.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, and toilet. . Oil central heating, electricity included (£20 per week November-March). Bed linen and towels included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Superb views. Enjoy an outstanding view from a very well placed purpose built semi detached holiday cottage overlooking the River Wye. Just 7 miles from market town of Ross-on-Wye and the same from historic Monmouth, Symonds Yat is a clear favourite for touring. Visit the Forest of Dean covering 35 square miles, a place of natural beauty with few crowds and much peace. For a completely different but equally beautiful landscaped go east to the gentle undulating Cotswolds Hills or the regency elegance of Cheltenham, the Wye Valley. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant 0.25 miles.
