Situated in Lamai center, most things such as 7-11 convenience store and restaurants are within 5 minutes walk. Many street food nearby.

There are some pubs nearby, so there may be some noise.
Noise from clubs is unavoidable in center of Lamai.

Because of the open architecture of the house and situated in natural settings, there may be ants and other insects especially when it rains and they try to find dry ground. They are harmless and part of nature in tropical wildlife.

The following animals has been observed in the garden: gecko, lizard, mouse, butterfly, birds. They are totally harmless and will escape away when they see people.

One should be careful not to leave food out in the open and always clean away and leftover food.

There may be some faint noise from pubs and nightclubs nearby. In bedroom noise should be minimum. Noise from clubs is unavoidable in Lamai center.
