We are near the end of a country road nestled against the west side of Massanutten Peak about 5 minutes drive from Valley mall in Harrisonburg, VA. Also about 20 minutes to Skyline Drive in Shenandoah National Park. We are in a quiet neighborhood in a rural setting and have good roads for walking or bicycling. This area is great for outdoor activities, antiquing, and history. Harrisonburg is home to James Madison University and Eastern Mennonite University. The Blackfriar Theater is close.

Entry into guest space is through the garage which goes into the laundry room/activity room and doubles as a food prep area with a double sink, coffee maker, toaster oven. In a cupboard above the sink are dishes and flatware, as well as sweeteners and creamers. In your bedroom is a cart with a microwave, and in the closet is a compact refrigerator/freezer. The bedroom is furnished with a dresser with drawers for your use, a small sofa, TV with Dish network and WIFI for streaming.

Situated at the western base of Massanutten Peak in a secluded bowl offers privacy that gives you the feel of being far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Being rural and with only three other houses within view lets you know that the quiet is part of the beauty of our location. Even though you have to drive to restaurants etc they are only moments away. Two miles to pizza and a bit further to a cafe and also an ice cream shop.
