This beautiful, comfortable and quiet studio Villa with amazing VOLCANO VIEW right in front of, is located less than 10 minutes away from La Fortuna downtown and steps away from Sloth's Territory. It’s conveniently close to all principal attractions but away enough to the noisy town. A completely equipped Studio-Villa; fully stocked kitchen offers the chance to cook every single meal you want (oil, sugar, salt, tea and coffee are provided for free at the kitchen), attached to a cozy living room with comfortable sofa-bed and smart T.V.
About the beds, the place has a KING SIZE BED and in the living room area you can find a sofa bed but upstairs there is also another private space that offers an additional sofa-bed and it connects to the second floor outdoor terrace. The cozy bathroom is separated by toilet area & sink; hairdryer (amenities include: toilet paper, soap, shampoo, towels, cotton swabs), the shower area offers a unique and impressive waterfall-shower with hot water. Finally, the complementary amenities includes: a powerful A/C that cools the entire place, Reliable wi-fi INTERNET connection. Safe parking on premise and beautiful garden surrounding all the property. Our excellent reviews are proof of it.
This villa offers front porch on ground floor but also a second floor terrace with a incredible Jacuzzi and a panoramic view to the Arenal Volcano. from the porch you will have access an outside table and chairs, also a table and chairs on the second floor terrace.
At the back, you will find a sink with soap powder, in case that you need to hand-wash some clothes the place also offer a washing machine.
*IMPORTANT TO CLARIFY* In this apartment can easily fit 4 people but it will be finally rented completely private for the number of guests that you are booking, that said, if you are making reservation as solo traveler, the whole space will be private for you, if you are a couple so it will be for 2 people, etc. and more important, the final rate will be according to the number of people that you select.

This villa is located outside of La Fortuna downtown, specifically 10 minutes away by car. So if you are not renting a car, I can help you to coordinate transportation through a taxi service.
The place is also located couple meters away from Sloth’s Territory, a great hiking trail that belongs to the Rodriguez Family, it’s the perfect place if you want to meet the three and four-toed sloths along with a variety of birds and frugs like the red frog. The entrance fee for this trails is us$20 per person and it’s open from 8am to 4pm.

Hola! I'm Roy I was born and raised in this beautiful country COSTA RICA!!
Briefly I would say that I'm a passionate nature lover who had the opportunity to work in the tourism industry. That gave me the chance to travel all over the country as well as doing marketing in different countries in Central and North America.
I studied Business Administration and currently I'm in charge of 8 different apartments, all of them located in La Fortuna town, all of them belong to my family (so it is a small family business) and all of them rented 100% to Airbnb travelers. I started couple years ago with my personal apartment when I used to be working for a local hotel and now it turned to be my full time job.
At the end of 2016 I was diagnosed with cancer, it was a tough period since I was taking the 32 sessions of chemotherapy but with the help and positive energy of my family, boyfriend and friends I'm back with, more strong and with a very different perspective of enjoying life and family.
I always try to give the best in order to reach your satisfaction and expectations, it's been the key all over this years and now that I'm healthy, my goal is to kept the Super Host status (not easy at all).
I hope to keep doing things better and if you decide to stay in one of my apartments, my commitment will be to offer the best Costa Rican experience.
I hope to keep making good friends from all over the world, EVERYBODY without exception of race, color or gender is heartly welcome :)

I give my guests space, but I am available when needed, I normally use to be in town but for sure I will be ALWAYS AVAILABLE through my phone.
Before, during and after booking one of our places, please do not hesitate to send me a message about anything you consider that you need advice or anything else you need. I know very well La Fortuna since I used to work for tour operators and hotels few years ago, so I know very well how to save some money if you are on a tight budget, I can give you great suggestions if you looking to know a bit more about our culture, typical food and traditions, I can recommend you wonderful places to visit, out of touristic path. I am a super open mind, so there is no topic limitation.
