.. a special place, if you want to step away from the usual tourist apartment and have your own privacy, the whole part of the house for your own, than our house is just for you. It is a duplex apartment with lots of space and a 5 minute walk from the beach and the town centre. The roof terrace is a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or dinner and a ground floor terrace is perfect to have a lunch.. Sucuraj is a peaceful place to rest and re-charge the batteries.

Welcome to Rooftop magic view apartment charming, comfortable with a 360º sea, hills and village view rooftop terrace. It's like your own private relax place that you can use as a solarium during day, where you can have an unforgettable breakfast while enjoying a bit of sunshine, sunset drink or looking at the sea and the stars.
The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. In the next door gardens, sparrows and crickets sing all day.
This spacious flat is a duplex plus roof terrace. In the entrance floor is a hall which leads you to the stone stairs for the first floor. The main floor consists 4 rooms each with toilete and 4 balconies and 2 kitchens. In the ground floor is an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a 40m2 terrace and also the 5th room with toilette and balcony. On the second floor is a 25m2 roof terrace, overlooking the sea and hills, just beautifull. It’s quiet, comfortable and just perfect to sit and relax after a day on the beach :-)
The location is quiet and peaceful, away from mass tourism, yet only 5 minute walk to the beach. You will have the place completely for yourself, no direct neighbors. Only the owner lives on the other side of the house (with separate entrance).
The holiday apartment is surrounded by enclosed garden property with meadow, trees, flowers and bushes. In front of the house is a parking for 4 cars.
