"The Terrace" is a house with a private and shared rental room located on the second floor of a 4-star restaurant and cafe downstairs. It is a house with a beautiful garden view for you to relax and enjoy art and nature. If you only look to stay for only days, these rooms come with a free breakfast deal and are located in a good spot of Hua-Hin! But The Terrace also has a reasonable price for rent short or long-term stay.

"The Terrace" has three rental rooms to select from. They are two shared room for two guests of each room, and one private room that comes with a bathroom inside. It is located on the upper floor of "Your Neighbor's Restaurant," a beautiful family restaurant, in Soi 37 Hua-Hin near the Kings' palace. The location is convenient to travel around Hua-hin and live a comfortable trip. We are very close to the Golden Place shop, Hua-Hin city center, the train station, and 10-15 minutes to the beach by public transportation. You can also walk to the beach using a small alley in the back too! We also serve a delicious breakfast to you every morning!!

We'd like to clarify and make sure you know that "The Terrace - 1 bed in a shared room for 2 guests" is a two-beds room that one bed is above another AKA a "bunkbed". But the Air BNB system allows us to changed per person only if it's an extra guest. It means that you have to select two people if you want to rent it as a private room.
