The Gemini 2 room, is in the west wing of the Villa and has only its twin the Gemini Room 1 beside it. A very quiet area of the house, this taste fully furnished room with a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and a small balcony which overlooks the apple, cherry and peach orchard is great for relaxing. Penisuea SilvAnka is a traditional stone and tile Villa and provides a safe, clean and luxurious base to explore the surrounding area which is seeped in history.

The Gemini 2 room, is in the west wing of the Villa and has only its twin the Gemini Room 1 beside it. A very quiet area of the house, this taste fully furnished room with a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, and a small balcony which overlooks the apple, cherry and peach orchard is great for relaxing.

Pensiunea SilvAnka is located on a large landscaped property in a quiet safe neighbor hood in Valcele. The villa has been completely remodeled and renovated to include all modern day conveniences and safety features. We offer a range of accommodation , a large 2 bedroom apartment, a wheel cheer accessible 1 bedroom apartment, a self contained apartment with its own kitchen, and 5 other rooms with private bathrooms.

Communal facilities include a large common shared kitchen and dining area. A lounge with an open fireplace and comfortable seating.

For summer there is a large outside terrace with a free standing BBQ, bread oven and smoker facility designed for catering for parties up to 50 people.

We often take bookings for the entire facility and hold weddings and other celebrations.

We are close to the "Aquasic Valcele" a facility that uses the mineralised spring water for therapeutic, curative treatments. It also very relaxing !

Pensiunea SilvAnka is located on the edge of farmland, in the quiet rural town of Valcele. This town used to be a busy tourist area with people coming far and wide for the famous mineralised water that flows from several springs in the town. This water is particularly concentrated in magnesium and is renowned for its curative and therapeutic properties. The springs have been used for these purposes since the times of the Roman's.
After falling into disrepair over the previous decades Valcele is back with a new "Aquasic Valcele" and offering the water treatments and hot tubs/spa's that made this town famous world wide. Valcele actually hosted the first every world conference of Balenology - the therapeutic use of thermal and mineral spas.

Hi I'm Lucica. My Husband Gheorghe and I manage the bed&breakfast "SilvAnka ". This is a family owned and run facility in heartland of Transylvania, just north of Brasov and close to Castle Bran (Dracula castle).

We have lived in the area for many years and love the peaceful relaxed way of life in our little village Valcele. Famous for its mineralerised water springs which have been used for curative properties since the time of the Romans.
Just 10 minutes walk away , you can relax &refresh in our local Spa “Aquasic Valcele”, that uses the famous Valcele water in the private pools and 2 saunas. There is also a gym and recreation area at this facility.

There are also the traditional public springs in the center of the village,where you can collect & drink the “Aqua de Valcele”!
