Our unique barn conversation is located in a picturesque hamlet in Mid Devon. We offer a large, light and airy bedroom with King size bed, full en-suite, shower over bath, heated towel rail, toilet and basin. The room is large enough for a cot and blow up bed.

Ambienti
The room is very quiet and the air quality excellent, we are in an area of no light pollution, hence a good night’s sleep is generally had. The room has a rail clothes, large chest of drawers, chair and desk on request. We also provide a kettle, tea coffee and water to make life a little easier. the room has underfloor heating, but if you get hot or cold there is an additional fan or heater available. There is also a cupboard to store luggage and belongings. Superfast broadband is available (which is new to the area).
There is will one of at the house when you are here to make sure that your stay with us is comfortable.

There are many local walks and cycle routes on our doorstep and we are 15 mins walk from the local pub we can book you in for food if you let us know.
Breakfast included in the price (cereals, toast, jams, juice coffee and tea). A cooked breakfast made with local produce is available for £7.95. This needs to be ordered the day before.
Our location is 10minutes from the M% motorway, we are a good stop over on the way to Cornwall, or other areas of Devon, or for events held at Huntsham Court.
