MOLIETS PLAGE, terraced 3-BR house in a pleasant, wooded, setting by the golf course. A few minutes on foot or by bicycle from the ocean and its fine sand beach for surfing or sunbathing. Come and breathe the fresh air of the Landes!

Composition: Ground floor: living room/kitchen: equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, vitroceramic 4 burner, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, bay window overlooking the terrace), living room (sofa, TV, 2 bay windows with view on the golf), washing machine in the closet of the entrance, bedroom 1 (double bed), bathroom (shower, washbasin, towel rail), separate toilet. Floor: bedroom 2 (3 single beds, bay window with view on the golf), bedroom 3 (queen size bed). Huge terrace with hand shower. Plancha. Sheets and towels provided. Baby cot, booster seat. WIFI. Capacity: 7 people.
A contribution to charges of €35 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER & MID-MAY included, to be paid on arrival.
END OF STAY CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE. You have the possibility to request the cleaning option on your arrival. You will be charged €110, to be paid on site.
