Downtown get-away. Just 4 minutes from downtown and to the Coolidge Park shops, yet nestled in front of private wooded lot of 2 acres. Enjoy a fire pit or sit back and enjoy the HD cable TV. You have your own full kitchen to make wonderful meals or chill your wine. I live up top with no access to the unit. You are welcome to text or call me with questions about anything! I know good places to eat and things to do that aren't on the tourist radar. -Nick

Privacy - No stair access by host. Country feel yet so close to downtown. Bicyclists ride on the road to hit the trails nearby.

Full apartment on lower level - Full kitchen - Shower(no bath) - Toilet/sink. Living room with couch,TV, and a comfy chair that fits two. A nice closet with extra towels, blankets and room for luggage.

I see a lot of bicyclists go through here....quick access to Coolidge Park via bicycle.

I've lived in Chattanooga for 17 years and have worked mostly at an insurance company doing IT and customer service. I now have a wonderful IT job at the Aquarium, Hunter Museum, and Creative Discovery Museum. My favorite things to do are hike/camp with friends, cook elaborate dishes, video games, and read the news. I have a wonderful daughter I have shared custody with.
