This unrivalled, detached holiday property overlooks a large 2.5 acre lake (fenced) with coarse fishing, rowing boat and a small island in the middle, favourable for lounging on the bank. Farm animals live on the large 15000m² ground : ducks, hens and sheep, but all are fenced. The holiday home provides good comfort for six people, with a TV in each bedroom and its large living/dining room overlooking the lake. In addition, the keyholder, living behind the house in the basement, is at your disposal. There is a super indoor pool complex in which the pool is heated to 28° all year round and there is also a Jacuzzi (6 pers.). There is also a laptop provided with free Internet access. The lovely local beaches include Jard-sur-Mer and La Tranche-sur-Mer and are within a 30-minute drive.
